Dreamweaver CS5.5 Error with Data Assist 2.1

We've tried several times to load the Data Assist on. This is the js error we receive:

While executing onLoad in WA_AppBuilder.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurrred:

At line 433 of file "user:Library:ApplicationSupport: Adobe: DreamweaverCS5.5:en_US:Configuration:Commands:WA_AppBuilder.js":
APP_OBJ.layoutOptionInfo[pageType] has no properties

This is on MAC Dreamweaver CS5.5 - if anyone can offer some help I would appreciate it.

before starting the data assist wizard, make sure that you have defined a dynam,ic site in Dreamweaver, have created a new php page and saved it to the site, and have that php page open.

have you tried Deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

Still receiving the same js error -
