NYS Sales Tax

Not sure if you can help but here is my question anyway. I have PayPal Express.
I ship alot of items through out New York State where each County has a different Tax Rate. I know that Powerstore only offers a flat rate per state. My question is this: If I leave the "Tax Settings" blank in PowerStore and Set up the sales tax rates in PayPal Express. Will Pay Pal add the correct rate to the customers bill.

tested it.. left tax setting blank on Power Store. In Pay Pal, set up a couple of zip code areas to charge sales tax for specific area. Tested-live and it did not show any tax due. SO the answer so far is ...no, it does not work. Am going to see if there is away PayPal will let me do it without too much modification ( haha) or perhaps i am doing something wrong. Will reply when I hear back.

I too am needing to setup sales tax based on County. I think I have figured out how to do this with local checkout and then it just dawned on me that I need to also handle PayPal Express Checkout where the address is coming from PayPal. Has anyone figured out how to get a tax calculation based on County with PayPal. Thanks.

...After some more research I am coming to the conclusion that I need to just remove the PayPal Express Checkout option. Is this correct? It appears that there is no way to properly charge sales tax based on county when using PayPal. Is this correct? Thanks.
