Dreamweaver CS5, MAMP, and Site Sculpter error

Hello Folks,

I created a site with Dreamweaver CS5 and Site Sculptor.
I setup Dreamweaver to use a LOCAL server on my computer. I use MAMP PRO.

When I try to view the index.php file on my browser I get the "Site Sculptor Content Management Install Wizard" with an error message:
"Files and directories cannot be created. Verify the Site Sculptor directory has write permissions on your server."

How do I give the Site Sculptor directory write permissions on my local server? Is this something I do in the Dreamweaver CS5 server setup or in MAMP?

Thank you in advance for your help!
William

open the files panel, (Window -> Files) change from local view to testing server view.

select the root folder that contains the site, right click it and select Set Permissions. set the permissions to 755

Thanks for the reply Jason.
I did this within Dreamweaver as you stated, but I still get the error message.
Could it be a MAMP Pro issue?

Please advice.
See image attached.

Thanks!

what are the permissions for the mamppro_webassist directory? that is the folder that needs to have write access.

Do you mean the "mampro_webtest" directory?
This is the one that I set to 755.
