Dynamic Connection MySQL Error

Hi!

I tried to use the Dynamic Connect tool to connect to my Database, but it had gave me an error stating that "An Unidentifed error has occurred," help please!!!

this error occurs if the site definition does not have the testing server URL PRefix set correctly.


edit your dreamweaver site definition, and make sure the correct URL for your site is entered in the URL Prefix setting for the testing server.

After I followed your instruction, it fixed the previous error, but a new one has occur now ... any solutions please?

is the primary connection connecting to the remote host? If so, you will need to talk to them to determine why the connection is being refused. It may be that they have the MySQL Server configured to refuse access from an outside computer, you may need to add your computers IP address to a list of allowed connections.

Thank you very much for all your help. I had contacted them, and they say they blocked it for security purposes ... they had told me to import the file in the database and it works.
