Asked for special upgrade price, somebody not looking into my account?
For design extender I read:
Q: I own ONE of the extensions that was integrated into Design Extender. Can I upgrade to Design Extender for a discounted price?
A: Yes. If you own one of the integrated extensions, visit the upgrade center to view your upgrade price. The savings will be equal to the paid price of the extension you own. For example, if you bought CSS Sculptor (retail $99.99) at full price, your upgrade price will be $300. If you bought PowerCMS Builder (retail $199.99) at full price, your upgrade price will be $200.
Q: I own MORE THAN ONE of the extensions that were integrated into Design Extender. Can I upgrade to Design Extender for a discounted price?
A: Yes. If you own more than one of the integrated extensions, you can receive a discount equal to the sum of the prices you purchased those extensions for, up to a $200 savings. If you have spent a sum of $399.99 or more on a combination of the integrated extensions, you can upgrade for only $39.99. You will need to contact Sales to get this discount.
In the email I got from webassist anouncing the extenion I read:
If you own all of the extensions integrated into Design Extender or have spent $399 or more on a combination of these extensions, contact Sales to upgrade for $39.99.

So I own all the extensions and I applied for the upgrade price of $39,99 and I got the answer back:
"You are currently qualified for the special upgrade price of $200 if you view your upgrade center. You don't qualify for the better price because you own older versions of our extensions. However, if you call and make a phone order, I can give you an extra $25 off."
Would somebody be so kind to actually look into my account and learn that I've spent a lot of money and I actually own al the current versions of the extensions?
