Dynamically related files could not be resolved

Dynamically related files could not be resolved

I created a portfolio site with the new DE. All the pages were created (php) but I'm getting this message in DW and none of the pages have the css styling. I'm using a local testing server that I've used for years just fine. I've checked and re-checked my site and server setup in DW but everything looks good. Is there a specific file amongst the many many files created by the extension that I need to tweak for the dynamic pages to work? Please don't send me to another tutorial about how to set up dynamic sites in DW. Thanks.
