DD Works Locally, Not On Server

I have a DD working perfectly on my local server (Windows 7/Apache/PHP_MySQL). When the site files are loaded and run remotely running FreeBSD the Child list does not populate. The parent list loads, but the order of the list items is reversed - the last item in the parent list is the default item displayed. If I view the page source the order of the items on the page code is correct.

Example:

<th class="WADADataTableHeader">Brand:</th>
<td class="WADADataTableCell"><select name="brand" size="1" id="brand" onChange="WA_FilterAndPopulateSubList(products_WAJA,MM_findObj('brand'),MM_findObj('product'),0,0,false,': ');WA_AddSubToSelected(MM_findObj('brand'),MM_findObj('brndName'),false,false,false,0,0,'0','')">
<option value="Select a Brand">Select a Brand</option>
<option value=""selected="selected">Nathan's</option>
<option value=""selected="selected">Field</option>
<option value=""selected="selected">Fischer's</option>

<option value=""selected="selected">Kentucky Legend</option>
<option value=""selected="selected">Mickelberry's</option>
<option value=""selected="selected">Scott Petersen</option>
<option value=""selected="selected">William Fischer</option>
</select>
</td>

The remote form item display shows the last item (William Fischer); the local form item shows the first (Select a Brand).

Page code attached.

Thanks. . .

the problem is that the brandID column on the remote server seams to be empty.

double check the brands table on the remote server and make sure that the brandID column is set to be auto increment.

if you look at the source code, all of the value attributes are empty:

value=""

It is set to auto increment -- and the data mirrors what is stored locally. . .
