Site Import stll fails to appear

I purchased Design Extender earlier today. I uninstalled all of the included extensions and installed it. Site Import is nowhere to be found. I deleted the WinFileCache.dat file as in the instructions. Site Import was still nowhere to be found. I uninstalled Design Extender, deleted the WinFileCache.dat file and reinstalled Design Extender. Site Import is still nowehere to be found.

This is not happiness producing.

What next? Is there some magical incantation I must chant?

What should I do now?

This is happening in Dreamweaver CS5.5 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Perhaps you should have said that it SHOULD be under the WebAssist menu.

It isn't there.

I believe I have solved the problem. Time will tell.

I uninstalled all my extensions, deleted the cache file and rebooted the machine. I then installed the extensions in the cited order. I had to open a new page and then Site Import was available.

Of course I now have to check all the other extensions, but Site Import seems to be okay.

Public thanks go to Jason for the assistance.

I'm having the same issue. I cleared the cache and made sure I didn't have the conflicting extensions installed.
All I get is a blue box.

Yesterday you mentioned there would be a patch file out today to fix the problems already idenfied and corrected. Is that still accurate...that you have the patch for today?
