Design Extender site import not working

After installing new Design Extender site import stop working

two days trying ti get this to work ... no luck ... :(

do you have any of these extensions installed:

*CSS Sculptor
*CSS Menu Writer
*Framework Builder
*PowerCMS Builder
*Pro Maps for Google
*Site Import
*Site Sculptor
*Social Media Toolkit


if so, you will need to uninstall them and design extender, then Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf


after deleting the cache file, reinstall design extender.

I installed Design Extender clean ... no other extension ... looks like others are having issues with Site Import too

I've opened a support incident to look into this with you... maybe try opening a page and running import with an open page.

1. I un installed the extention
2. then Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file
3. Re installed


Still nothing -I'm on a Win 7 64bit / CS5.5

any other suggestions appreciated.

Did you try running it with a page open?

I deleted the Deamweaver file again and then re booted - seems to be working now

not sure if it was the re boot or the Dreamweaver file causing the Issue ... but if other are having isssues hope this info helps
