E-Cart software

I am currently working with new designers and have recently upgraded to Power Store 4.5. I have been trying to edit my shopping cart and noticed that I don't seem to have access to E-Cart. Obviously, E-Cart was used to create the site initially, but now I don't have a means to edit the existing settings.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Brad

power store is a prebuilt php package, it was originally created with eCart, along with other webassist extensions, but there is also considerable hand coding implemented.

the prebuilt php solutions are not sold with the extensions, you would need to purchase the extensions separately. due to the complexity of Power Store and the hand coding that was needed to implement some of the features, we do not support modifying it using the extensions.

e-cart questions

If I download this software, am I going to have easy access to update my shipping information instead of hard coding? I would also like easy access to change payment options too. Currently, I have to hard code these and it is a pain in the butt.

We do not offer support for making modifications to power store using eCart.

e-cart questions

That being said, can you direct me to where I would find the UPS php code? Currently, I am in the WA_eCart directory on the server and have a database file, definition file, fedex subscribe file, store cart file and coupon file. I annot find the UPS php file to change the settings.

In power store 4.5 you set up the shipping options in the power Store Admin panel. go to the settings tab and click on shipping to set up UPS shipping rates. you will be able to enter the UPS settings there.
