Email Problems

I just bought CSS Form Builder and I am having problems with sending email. I built a form from your templates and the emails are sent ok if I turn off my email server. If the email server is on the form will not email. It seems your form and my email server is bring use by the same port (25) to function. Any work arounds. Apple computer and EIMS email server. The SMPT server is on port 25

25 is the standard SMTP port.

Are you hosting your email and web site on your local Apple computer?

In the Universal Email wizard (Go to Window -> Server Behaviors and double click the Universal Email server behavior) you can you can click the Envelope icon to specify the SMTP server address and port. If these are left blank, it will use the defaults set in the php.ini file.

if you want to send the email through your smtp server, you will need to enter the correct address and port number.

Try your answer and did not work

I built a form from your templates and the emails are sent ok if I turn off my EIMS email server. If the EIMS email server is on the form will not email. I get message that the port is in use. It seems your form and my email server is bring use by the same port (25) to function. Any work arounds. Apple computer and EIMS email server. The EIMS SMPT server is on port 25.
I tried to (Go to Window -> Server Behaviors and double click the Universal Email server behavior) and set up behaviors and it still does not work.

I turn off the EIMS server and your form sends fine, but I can't get mail from any where else.
