Error message during define site process - custom template

I started the process to create a site using a DWT custom template, I repeatedly got this error message during the define pages process, error appeared at every single step of the process..

Error initializing menu object (wa.generate.getMenuSettingsObject):
Error: getDocumentDOM: Argument number 1 is invalid.

I also noticed that the menu that I selected (Artist) appears on the homepage but not on the content pages.

any help appreciated.

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

if you continue to have problems, send a copy of the template you are using so i can try to reproduce the issue.

compress the template to a zip archive and attach it to your reply.

template

Hi Jason

I managed to create 1 website using site sculptor using a custom DWT template, but now trying site number 2, no error messages with this but still have problem with menu not appearing on content pages.

I created a preset using this DWT file but when I try to create a site sculptor site the menu appears on the homepage but not on the content pages.

I've attached the DWT and preset zip files

thanks

in the template change the code for the nav editable region to be all on one line.

change:

php:
<div class="navmenu">

<!-- TemplateBeginEditable name="navmenu" -->

<!-- TemplateEndEditable -->
</div>

to:

php:
<div class="navmenu">

<!-- TemplateBeginEditable name="navmenu" --><!-- TemplateEndEditable -->
</div>
