UE Send Checkbox

In this form, H-Krueger-Design-Contact-Us.php , the checkboxes and the state will not send to the email. You gave me the following solution for a previous site which I attempted to make work for this form:

$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td height=\"20\"><input ";
if (!(strcmp(((isset($_POST["checkboxWeb"]))?$_POST["checkboxWeb"]:""),Y))) {echo "checked=\"checked\"";}
$MailBody = $MailBody . " name=\"checkboxWeb\" type=\"checkbox\" id=\"checkboxWeb\" value=\"checkboxWeb\" />\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <label for=\"checkboxWeb\">Web</label>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " Web</td>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td><input ";
if (!(strcmp(((isset($_POST["checkboxPrint"]))?$_POST["checkboxPrint"]:""),"0"))) {echo "checked=\"checked\"";}
$MailBody = $MailBody . " name=\"checkboxPrint\" type=\"checkbox\" value=\"0\" />\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " Print</td>\r\n";

$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td height=\"20\">";
$MailBody = $MailBody . ((isset($_POST["checkboxWeb"]))?$_POST["checkboxWeb"]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . " </td>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td>";
$MailBody = $MailBody .((isset($_POST["checkboxPrint"]))?$_POST["checkboxPrint"]:"");

If you cannot see anything in the attached files I will sign up for a Premium Ticket.

UE Send Checkbox update

In this form, H-Krueger-Design-Contact-Us.php, I got the checkboxes to work by adding value="Residential Design":
<td colspan="4"><p>
<input <?php if (!(strcmp(((isset($_POST["residentialDesign"]))?$_POST["residentialDesign"]:""),"residentialDesign"))) {echo "checked=\"checked\"";} ?> name="residentialDesign" type="checkbox" id="residentialDesign" value="Residential Design" />
<label for="residentialDesign">Residential Design</label>
</p></td>

The State menu does not select a state. If you have any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

The next step is to get this form to send to my database on local and remote servers. Will purchase Premium Ticket if you cannot see any obvious issues.

"The State menu does not select a state. If you have any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. "

I'm not sure what you mean by this, can you give a more detailed explanation.

for inserting the data to the database, you would add the DataAssist insert record behavior to the page.

Forms List Menus

In my previous request I asked you about "State menu does not select a state" in this form H-Krueger-Design-Contact-Us.php . I meant the List Menu titled State. I did get it to download to the email by changing
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td><p>State </p></td>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td><p>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <select name=\"state\" size=\"1\" title=\"";
$MailBody = $MailBody . ((isset($_POST["state"]))?$_POST["state"]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "\" \">\r\n";

to

$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td><p>State </p></td>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . " <td><p>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . ((isset($_POST["state"]))?$_POST["state"]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "\\";

in H-Krueger-Design-Contact-Us.php

The email lists the State as NM\ -that is NM with a backslash. When I change $MailBody = $MailBody . "\\"; to $MailBody = $MailBody . "\"; I get a syntax error. At least it is sending the state abbreviation. Happy for that.

I will try again to add DataAssist insert record behavior to send to database.
