Browse button not shown.

Within the File Management pop-up box my client is unable to see the "Browse..." button which will enable her to select an image from her local drive and then upload it to the server.

She is using IE8 with the Internet Zone set to Medium.

I can see it fine using IE8 or Firefox.

Could anyone offer any suggestions as to what is causing this?

Many thanks.

sounds like a browser caching issue, have the client empty the browsers cache

Sadly deleting the browser cache did not fix the problem.

Could it be some sort of security setting, or Java setting?

"Could it be some sort of security setting, or Java setting?"

sure, it could be, but I don't have any idea what setting it would be.

have her try a different browser, see if it happens for her in FireFox.
