Can't install Kuler for DW CS4

I work at a company where we have a very strict computer security policy. Computer Security doesn't allow any installations from outside the firewall. Nor do I have Admin access to my PC. How can I install a static version of Kuler where it doesn't need to go outside our intranet for color updates etc? Or.... how can I get the color #'s from kuler.adobe.com without having to install Kuler?

when viewing a theme at kuler.adobe.com, there is an icon next to the name that shows three sliders, click that icon to enter the Theme Editor, here it will display the color numbers for the colors in the theme.
