Free Data Base and E-Cart 5

Probably a dumb question, but ............have database connected, website ready....but having problems determining how to populate database with products. Which extension/package to I use to populate the data base? Please help

you can use any MySQL GUI tool like PHPMyAdmin, Sequel Pro, or SQL Yog to edit the database directly and populate it with data.

you could also use DataAssist and SecurityAssist to create an administrative section of your site used to add products and manage the database.

on the DataAssist support page, there are tutorials for creating an admin back end.
