Removing Data from MySql Data base

Hi.
I've created a smoll data base to record contact information and feedback from a website visitors. As well as i created it, data are now recorded and printed in a files that retrieve data from my MySql db.

What i would like to do now is to set a bouton that can allow administrator to remode a record without going to the PHPMyAdmin. (This administrator can be a besktop assistant, so, he may don't know more about webmastring)

i guesse that the Sql syntax can look like this :
DELETE FROM `contact`.`client` WHERE `client`.`fullname` = \'My Name\' AND `client`.`email` = \'name@domaine.com\' AND `client`.`phone` = 3333333 AND `client`.`subject` = \'tQuerry\' AND `client`.`message` = \'test data base contact message \' LIMIT 1

And i want to create a bouton to remove a record. For exemple, the bouton will be called : "remove".

SO, here is my question : how can i set the link in this bouton and connect it to this Sql syntax in order to remove the record ?
if you have an advice on the Sql syntax that can be much better, please do help me.

THank so much

see the dreamweaver documentation for creating a master detail page set:
help.html?content=WScbb6b82af5544594822510a94ae8d65-78b7.html

from there, look at the documentation for creating an insert and update page.

I would recommend looking at some some PHP / MySQL Books for further details and step by step walkthroughs.

the David Power Foundation PHP book is a good starting place and is geared towards php / mysql development in dreamweaver specifically.
