Emails do not display any content

Hi,

I have Universal Email v 3.0.5 and am using Drewmweaver CS4 and PHP4 on the server. My host is 1and1.com. I have successfully used Universal Email before but it has been a long time.

When I create any form, simple or complex, the emails come through but they are blank (no text or content). I did one form and used the Univeral Email html editor and the html came through the but form contents did not. Most recently I created a very simple contact form with a name, email and text box. I set the form using Universal Email to look up the content dynamically. The name came through but the email and text did not. Can you take a look and help? What am I doing incorrectly?

I wanted to mention that after my last post I upgraded to Universal Email v 3.0.7, which was supposed to fix a couple of bugs. After doing so the email messages from the simple form mentioned previously come through with a little more information but still with no text content. Now they have the email address and name that I dynamically generated from the form, but that's it. Blank forms.
Just thought I would mention this.

I don't see an obvious issue with the form itself. Please reply with a copy of the email include file and the body template you are using (if any) and I can take a look at the code and see what might be causing the blank emails.
