Forgotten pass page returning error

Dear,

I am using security assist, I tried all the page on my testing server and worked properly. As soon as I upload the website on a live server, when I try to retrieve my password with an email that is in the system, instead I get a message telling me that my email isn't in the system.

Could you please look into this tell me what is wrong or where can I possibly solve the issue

Thx

double click the forgot password server behavior to edit it, and make sure to set the correct SMTP Server and port for sending emails from your host.

Hi Jason,

I did as you asked, and I could retrieve the page and get the email sent to the user, and soon as the user tries to update the data, here is the error that comes:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WAValidateUnique() in /home/wwwromeo/public_html/thesite/community/lostpass.php on line 56

Thanks
