Form Builder modified SecurityAssist forms

Hi

I have built a login/registration system with SecurityAssist and had all this working great but I need to easily modify my forms so I bought CSS Form Builder.
I have followed available guides carefully, removing all validation from forms before restyling them in form builder. I can't get it to work!

On my login page I have set up a rule (allow admin=4 and student=3, restrict applicant=2) allowing only approved members to log in and those who only signed up through the registration page I have set up to restrict login until they are approved. I also have a column in database (AccessLevels) for this purpose. The ones who signed up and tries to login are transfered to a redirect page and then back to the login page. The redirect page has a set session value behaviour setting AccessLevel= 1 (visitor) and a clear all sessions behaviour applied and then the redirect behaviour back to login page. All this works good before modifying the forms in Form Builder.
When I modified everything in Form Builder the login does not work at all. Ive carefully checked all the SA generated pages and its code and even made screen prints on all the behaviour setting to make sure to recreate the server validations after modifying the forms. I just can't see what's wrong. I really need help to locate the error! Ive enclosed a copy of my login page!

Thanks in advance!

/Martin J.
