Delivery date drop down menu

Please I want to create few text field in powerstore:

1) I want buyer to select a delivery date from drop down menu, I've done this but i dont know how the selected date can be view in the cart.php along wit the selected product, and when they finally submit the order i want to be able to view the selected date in the order history and on the receipt as well.

2) I want to add additional note text field on the productdetail page, and i want it to show on the cart.php before they finally checkout

Please how can I do this with data assist
