Problem with $WA_redirectURL

I have an insert on my page. I want redirect after insert to a page with id param take from a recordset. So I have a recordset and after an insert behavior. In recordset my field ($row_WADAblogcomm['idarticolo'] have a value INT but in redirect I get a empty value as:
blogcomm_Results.php?idarticolo=

The same situation work well in an update page

this is my redirect
<?php
// WA Application Builder Insert
if (isset($_POST["Insert_x"])) // Trigger
{
$WA_connection = $siicom;
$WA_table = "rispostecomm";
$WA_sessionName = "rispostecomm_idrispostecomm";
$WA_redirectURL = "blogcomm_Results.php?idarticolo=".rawurlencode($row_WADAblogcomm['idarticolo']) ."";

"What will be the error?"

the recordset is set to filter on a querystring variable named "idblogcomm", but this querystring variable does not exist when the insert form is submitted.

change the form tag code"

php:
<form  action="rispostecomm_Insert.php" method="post" name="WADAInsertForm" id="WADAInsertForm">

((isset($_POST["risposta"]))?$_POST["risposta"]:"")
to:

php:
<form  action="rispostecomm_Insert.php<?php echo((isset($_GET["idblogcomm"]))?"?".$_GET["idblogcomm"]:""); ?>" method="post" name="WADAInsertForm" id="WADAInsertForm">

I try but not work.
Although as you wrote it is more correct but is not the problem because the insert work. The only problem is with the redirect does not contain the value of the row $row_WADAblogcomm['idarticolo'] that are set in db.

After insert I would like:
blogcomm_Results.php?idarticolo=12 ( 12 is $row_WADAblogcomm['idarticolo'] in db), but I get

blogcomm_Results.php?idarticolo=

does the link to the insert pass the same querystring variable:
blogcomm_Insert?idarticolo=12

if the Querystring variable is not being passed to the insert page, it cant be used for filtering the recordset or for the redirect.

I have the comments to my articles in the blog: /blogcomm_Results.php? idarticolo = 1
in page i have:
Comment 1 (idblogcomm 23)
Comment 2 (idblogcomm 24)
...
For reply to comments 1 I go to: rispostecomm_Insert.php?idblogcomm=23
in rispostecomm_Insert.php I have a recordset where select the Comment fields:
$colname_WADAblogcomm = "-1";
if (isset($_GET['idblogcomm'])) {
$colname_WADAblogcomm = $_GET['idblogcomm'];
}
mysql_select_db($database_siicom, $siicom);
$query_WADAblogcomm = sprintf("SELECT idblogcomm, commento, approvato, idarticolo FROM blogcomm WHERE idblogcomm = %s", GetSQLValueString($colname_WADAblogcomm, "int"));
...
Then I have a form for insert reply to comment in another db table
After the insert I want redirect to blogcomm_Results.php? idarticolo = 1
The strange thing, or I do not understand, and that I get the value of idarticolo from recordset but after insert in redirect do not find it. I try so
<form action="rispostecomm_Insert.php<?php echo((isset($_GET["idblogcomm"]))?"?".$_GET["idblogcomm"]:""); ?>" method="post" name="WADAInsertForm" id="WADAInsertForm">
as you said, but it does not work the same
