Create PowerCMS Content Area

I am having a problem Create PowerCMS Contact Area, I created the database with no problems on the server, but when I enter the username, password it will not find the database, Type in the database name and it gives me a an unidentied error has occurred.
Errors encountered when connecting to your database.

I can see the database on the server.
What direction should I go now???

This points to a problem with the site definition, specifically the testing server settings and the URL Prefix for the testing server.

I setup the local server
Now I am getting...

By background file activity, putting file ckeditor,js 49152 of 347460 and it is just sitting here.

It came up with the powerCMS wizard and everything was green with a check and then it came up with these errors.

I re-tried it again and I it put all the files on the server and I am getting this error.
