HTML2Image.exe has stopped working

When opening the SecurityAssist panel I get the error "HTML2Image.exe has stopped working" Close program.

When I close the program (leaving dreamweaver open) everything seems working normal, just, there is no preview, instead, there is a text to click for preview

I have several websites in my dreamwaever CS 5.5 and I have the problem with two of them, on the other sites I don't have this problem, this within the same session of dreamweaver.

I already tried deleting de securityassist subfolder and all the different files that are made, but the problem stays

Any idea where to look?

Thanks

please send a screen shot in a zip archive of the extension manager showing the extensions that are installed and the versions.

These are my extentions.

I removed the iRite editor for my old asp sites, the problem stayed

I removed all the files of my website just one untitled empty page and my mySql connection string, the problem stayed.

your screen shot shows that you have iRite 1 installed, iRite 1 is not supported in DW CS5, and it cannot be installed at the same time as HTML Editor 3.

Uninstall HTML Editor and iRite, then reinstall HTML Editor.

I removed all extentions, dowloaded the most recent version and reinstalled the html editor and security-assist

The problem is the same.

It is as if there is some hidden cache-data, maybe in the site-file .ste corrupted

After installing, it worked for a month and suddenly i had the error
Didn't install anything else, error occured.

Maybe after I changed the path from relative to site root, to relative to document. I needed the require_one instruction instead of the virtual instruction to define the path.

these are my settings

problem with the presets

I looked further into the problem and it seems to happen only with some presets I made myself and not with the standard webassist presets.

Where can I delete my presets?

Reinstalling didn't help to delete them.

to delete presets, open the preset manager.

Go to Insert -> Webassist -> Preset Manager. From the product select list, select the product and preset type, then select the preset name and click the delete button.
