Menu not working when I go live - Please Help

Please Help:

I developed the site with site sculptor, everything is working fine when I test the site locally (Im using Xampp as a sql server locally) then when I loaded the site up to the server I get the following message when I click on the menu:

Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in C:\Domains\xf.co.za\wwwroot\Connections\PowerCMSConnection.php on line 9

when I go back into dreamweaver the menu is not being seen by CSS Menu Writer. I cannot edit the menu as a template. But it still works fine when testing locally.

Is PowerCMS making problems here.

You can view the site with the following test url: xf-co-za.win21.wadns.net

you need to edit the PowerCMSConnection.php file with the correct details to connect to the MySQL AServer on the remote site.
