Images will not appear if in sub folder

I have installed the new HTML editor and when I upload images to the root folder they appear fine. But when I upload them to a sub folder they tend to not show up. In the source link it does not insert the / after the folder. See image attached for example. How can I get it to show the / there regardless? There should be a / after the word posts.

It should look like this:
/elements/images/posts/Steve/test/Fotolia_14001911_XS.jpg

Instead it is looking like this:
/elements/images/postsSteve/test/Fotolia_14001911_XS.jpg

in the webassist/kfm/configuration.php file, what is the $kfm_userfiles_address set to?

It is set at
$kfm_userfiles_address = '../../elements/images/posts';

If I insert a dash after posts it show images just fine if in sub folder but then will insert two // in root folder.

Similar issue

I'm using GoDaday and a maked subdirectory where the subdirectory has its own doman name. (i.e. subdiretory/ is now subdirectory.com).

How do I upload images so that the images' paths reference www.subdirectory.com and not /maindomain.com/subdirectory/ through where they will not work?

I am having this same issue with the files not getting inserted right. If the files are in a sub directory then the file will not have a / in between the root and sub folder. If in the sub folder it works fine. The $kfm_userfiles_address = ../../elements/uploadFiles and I cannot add a / at the end to fix issue.

i updated the webassist/kfm/filebrowse.js js file on your server and changed the user file path to:
$kfm_userfiles_address = '../../elements/uploadFiles/';
