Unexpected Error: -2

After upgrading CS5 to CS5.5 I'm getting "Unexpected error: -2" "Activation cannot be completed. Visit the WebAssist Community Forums for assistance".

I thought we were past using cryptic codes. What is a -2?

Unexpected error: -2

And for that matter, moving beyond why you still used cryptic codes, how do I get past that so I can activate eCart (and several other WebAssist extentions as well?)
