PowerCMS help

Not Found

The requested URL /home/rhaagd5/public_html/install_cms/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

After I installed CMS and activated it I finally got it to work once to the point where it installed on the website and I was editing content directly online.

Not sure what happened next but I had to re-install and after I added content to CMS it wouldn't install through the domain. Any ideas?
