Logout doesn't seem to work?

Logout doesn't seem to work?

Hi,

I installed everything... logging in seems to work. One problem I'm running into now. I go to the logout page and it tells me I've logged out successfully. Then I go to my secured page and it lets me in. Thoughts?

Thank you

Nelson

the logout page looks fine, what Security Assist Access rule did you apply to the protected page? And how is that rule configured in the Access Rules Manager?

Not sure if I'm answering your question...

On the protected page, I have "Grant access if: Not Failed log in"

Does this info help? I'm new to using the product.

Thanks for the help.

you should be using the "Logged into <Your user table name>" rule (where <Your user table name> is the name of your users table).

Wonderful!

Now one last question... and I'm happy to start a new post if you prefer. How can I have the login page redirect to another page? Is this something I can setup in the webassist setup ui? Or do I do this directly in the code? Thanks so much.

on the login page, go to the server behaivors panel (Window -> Server Behaviors) , Double click the Security Assist authenticate user behavior to set the login success page.

Seemed to do the trick

That worked, but I had to set the success page in two SecurityAssist Authenticate User behaviours. There's 2 listed. Please see attached. Thanks again.

yes, if select the option in the security assist wizard to add the Remeber me and Auto Login options, a second authenticate user behavior will be add to the page.
One for the login form being submitted, the second for when the auto login options is selected.
