Template not showing in Data Assist

Hi there,

Although I'm using a PHP template and the page is also a php page, it is not possible to select a template in the DataAssist wizard.

Any suggestions?

do you have the test.php page open in Dreamweaver before starting the wizard? you need to have a page from your site open before starting the wizard to indicate to Dreamweaver which site the pages will be created for.

Yes there is a php file, generated from a template open.
I've used the DataAssist wizard before with succes, so I find this very strange.

that was not my question.

Is the file that is open in dreamweaver a file that is saved to the same site that template exists in?

the DataAssist wizard will look for the site that the opened file belongs to, look for the templates folder in that site to populate the list of templates.

Yes it is. Everything is in the same site.
I've already deleted the old template and dir and made a new one.

Jason, after struggling for a day, I found the problem.

If the project is on a (mounted) network volume the template section does not show.
After I've copied it to my local harddisk it shows!
