error with CS5.5

I have just installed Dreamweaver CS5.5 and then added webassist extensions and keep getting the following message:

The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
The following javaScript error(s) occurred:
Unabe to open script file” macintosh HD: Applications : Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.5: Configuration :Shared:webAssit:Library: WA_Configuration.js” (Error 2)
I'm on mac and it's up to date with software.... I also have cs3 installed maybe this need to be deleted??? Can anyone help me please..
Best

sounds like you may have some extensions installed that are not compatible with CS5.5.

Please send a screen shoot in a zip archive of the CS5 extensions manager showing the installed extensions and their version number.

Hey Jason,

I think something else is causing it actually. In trying to track down the issues with my client validation not working, I uninstalled both Form Builder 2 and then Form Toolkit - I then added back Form Toolkit to see if I could get that to work and now I am all of sudden getting the error mentioned in this thread. Never had that error before so I think there is something more going on with it.

Torry, you have some conflicting extensions installed, and you also have some installed that are not compatible with DW CS5.

Bing -1.0.0
cookies -3.1.3
css button styler -1.0.0
form builder - 1.0.2 - Not Compatible with Dreamweaver CS5
menu writer -2.0.6
data assist - 2.0.8
digital file pro 2.0.4
dropdown - 2.7.5
web charts - 1.0.5
ecart - 5.0.3
css sculter -1.0.0 - Not compatible with Dreamweaver CS5
socail media toolkit - 2.0.0
universal email - 3.0.7 - Not Compatible with Dreamweaver CS5
validation toolkit - 2.3.5 - conflicts with Form Builder
validation tooltips for spry 1.0.1

For Form Builder and Universal Email, you should upgrade to CSS Form Builder 2, this will contain all functionality of validation toolkit, form builder, digital file pro, universal email and HTML Editor.

for CSS Sculptor, you will need to upgrade to version 3.

Digital file pro is not needed with form builder 2.
