UE with eCart Unable to Edit, Strange Error

I'm attempting to add a CC address to the Universal Email instance that is existing to send a receipt from the confirmation page of the shopping cart system. UE works fine as is, I just need to add a CC.

When I open the instance an enter into the UE modul, everything works as expected. I enter the email address in the proper blank and click "Finish". I then get the following error.

While executing onClick in WA Universal Email.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occurred:

At line 693 of file "Macintosh HD: Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Commands:WA Universal Email.JS": document.COM.document.charsetList.options [document.COM.document.charsetList.selectedIndex] has no properties

I tried unabling and re-enabling the UE extension, but still the same problem.

In the UE wizard, try setting a charset. To do that click the configure mail settings button and set the character set to UTF8.
