Modify Powerstore Templates

I would like to make some minor layout changes to the purple template. Have located this in install/webassist/themes. I have tried to make changes but they are not being saved, Are there any othe files I need to look at?

Hi

as far as I am aware the install directory is only used during the install and should be deleted after completing installation.

I think the templates are in the directory

\webassist\themes\
