Shipping to foreign countries and duty fees

How does PowerStore handle shipping to foreign countries and their duty fees? A client mentioend that the duty fees in some countries can be as much as the product that he's selling. Thank you!

power store does not take duty fees into account for international shipping.

it is my understanding that the shipping agent would collect those fees from the recipient at time of delivery.
