How to Activate Google Search Function

How to Activate Google Search Function

This is a very simple question. I installed WebAssist's Tools for Google and purchased the $100 search function from Google. The Google search box now appears on my homepage but when I enter a site search term I get the error message, "Google, Sorry but your computer or network may be sending automatic queries..." Do I have to copy and paste some coding from Google or does your program automatically put in the necessary coding? Thanks. (I told you that it was a simple question).

try clearing your browsers cache.

if you still have the problem try the search from another computer to test if it is system issue or not.

Google may have blocked your IP address, you may need to contact Google support to have the problem fixed.

found this article through Google search that seams similar to the error you are reporting:

Problem with Activation Google Site Search

Thanks for your prompt reply. The Google support staff suggested that I clear cookies (which I did) but the problem persists. The Google folks directed me to their internal copy of my search engine which is working fine. I entered several terms and successful searches of my site were done. The Google folks suggested the possibility that the coding for "Google Search" was downloaded instead of the correct coding for "Google Site Search (GSS)." Can you verify that the correct coding was downloaded and that no additional coding is required? The Google folks suggested that I download their coding for the GSS. However, if your program already has the correct coding I don't want to mess with the coding. (I have deleted your program "Tools for Google" once and re-installed it but I still can't perform searches). Thanks, once again, for your help.
