Error when applying basic add to cart button

I'm trying to add an "add to cart" button to a merchandise page and am getting an error. I have to believe that this is a very basic error on my part but I've tried it several times without luck. I have attached the files. Any help is greatly appreciated.

when reporting that an error is occurring, you must include the exact text of the error, you dont mention what the error is, only that you are getting one.

i will need to know what the error is in order to have any idea on the cause.

this is a problem with the server configuration.

it means that the session.save_path specified in the php.ini file on the server does not exist, you will need to contact the host to have them correct the issue.

we're hosting this account with godaddy.com. We just spoke with them and they stated that the php.ini file is something that we're suppose to create?

this is why i dont like go daddy as a hosting provider.

it is their server, they should be able to configure it for their customers, that is after all what you pay the host to do, maintain the server and configure the settings properly

any decent host with decent support would fix this problem for you.

if go daddy will not fix this for you they should at least give you documentation to be able to fix it.

It is not something I can fix on this end.

this may help though:

Thanks for your response and I agree, godaddy is showing us that their not a company that we'll be using for our clients. I did get a partial solution to the php.ini file issue, however am curious to know if you can tell me if the remaining issue is related to our coding or still a ini file issue:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(D:\TEMP\PHP/sess_50a3k25mr0omhebnh8foc59394, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /home/content/49/8253449/html/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php on line 465

this is still the same php.ini issue with the session.save_path.

the error is saying that the session.save_path location does not exist.
