cannot update prices via Admin

cannot update prices via Admin

I bulk imported all my product table data, but now I'm unable to update the info via Admin. The updates are not being saved.

I'm wondering if I have some values that I imported in the columns might be hindering the update function.

Here's a copy of the products table, can someone review the table data and give me some feedback as to what may be blocking my attempts to update via Admin?

okay, i've deduced that my table data isn't "breaking" the update, it's got to be something in the custom page code. Would anyone please give a look over my file. Helpful info, the first two Price Break and Qty Break update fields (for both wholesale and distributors levels) are working properly, the rest are not. I looked at the input info and it appears correct (line 961 & 966 and line 1003 and 1008 are working CORRECTLY) the others are not.

Please help...
