Security Assist 2 - Cookies Toolkit interface errors

I just upgraded to the new Security Assist however have been plagued by errors when interacting with the interface. I have managed to resolve some of the errors by deleting the .dat file as well as uninstalling and re-installing extensions however the cookies part of Security Assist 2 is still showing errors.

I have uninstalled any possible clashing products from the previous web developers suite (including SA as well as Cookies Toolkit) - as they have been replaced with the new product upgrades. I am running CS5 on a Mac - have the previous WEB Dev suite (which is all up-todate) as well as the new Dynamic Suite.

When using the WebAssist menu in DW - the cookies tab exists however clicking on any of the links does nothing. When i interact with a page previously created with cookies toolkit it defaults to using SA2 for the cookie function (as it should) however throws up the following javascript pop-up errors:

WACookies.js (error 2)
"While executing applyBehavious in WA SetFormCookie.htm, a javascript error occurred.

Do in need to re-install Cookies Toolkit to regain cookie functionality (although i was sure this was now part of SA2) and will that once again create errors in the other parts of the interface?

This is my third day of messing with Security Assist 2 - i wish i had a question more along the lines of how do i do this.... but i can't seem to get the extension to function - please any advise would be most welcome.
