RE: CSS form2 progress bar

Im trying to add a progress bar to an existing form.

I added it to the form area as instructed and using it for a form that will upload files. I slowed the form transfer down by adding larger files and the progress bar does not show or work. No further instructions are available to show where in the form the code should be added or if any other special actions need to be taken when using in an existing php form.

THank you for your help.
