Pro Maps Driving Directions

I've created the map and form following the tutorial (vid and pdf). But when I get to the last step...binding the form fields to the map...the lightening bolts are not functional. Any hints as to what might be doing wrong?

Most likely, you are using a static HTML Page. You will need to use a dynamic PHP Page to be able to use dynamic elements on the page like forms .

Thanks Jason...

That was it. I've successfully bound my form to the map. However, when posting to server and inputting addresses into the form, the directions field doesn't populate. I've checked my address on Google to make sure it's correct format.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. I am grateful for the support.

Directions, continued...

Here's my link...

office_puyallup_map.php

Upon uploading the files I am now able to generate directions (I believe), but as you can see when you arrive on the page there are some inadvertent directions generated. Not sure where that comes from.

Thanks for the help.

in the starting address you hard coded the country to USA, when the page loads, it is defaulting to the center of the US as the starting location

do not hard code the country in the starting location section.
