lang.contextmenu.options is null IE8 Error HTML Editor

Hello Support,

I have just upgraded to the latest version of HTML editor and I am getting the following error...in IE8 and Firefox, I have only tested in these two so far.

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; eSobiSubscriber 2.0.4.16; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET4.0C)
Timestamp: Tue, 25 Oct 2011 06:05:29 UTC

Message: 'lang.contextmenu.options' is null or not an object
Line: 172756530
Char: 2022
Code: 0

Trouble Shooting:
1. deleted previous versions
2. Set config file default language to: config.language = 'en-au';

Still has the same error and will not load the editor.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
