Warning: session_start issues

I am building my first form. I have set up a test server and I am using DW CS5. I try doing a simple form at first just to see if I could get it to work.

First error I get:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at C:\wamp\www\Sustineo_Beta\requestquoterev1.php:1) in C:\wamp\www\webassist\form_validations\wavt_validatedform_php.php on line 3

Second error I get:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at C:\wamp\www\Sustineo_Beta\requestquoterev1.php:1) in C:\wamp\www\webassist\form_validations\wavt_validatedform_php.php on line 3

I have attached an image of the error messages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dave

this is the headers already sent error,

see the following post for details on troubleshooting
showthread.php?t=19285

it is reporting the problem at line 1, so is most likely the BOM Issue discussed near the end.

In lines 1 and 2 it had virtual instead of require_once. I corrected it and everything seems to be working fine. Thanks for your help and quick reply.
