In the footer, There is a "privacy policy" page
no content, In the design mode, I put the contents, but it does not show on the website.

In the power store admin section, go to Content. In the Content list, select the Footer Pages -> Privacy Policy content.

If you are still having a problem send a screen shoot in a zip archive demonstrating how you are editing the Privacy Policy

Attached is a screen shot. all content is there, but it does not show on the website's button

1) Along the side content menu, you have selected the Footer Page content, you need to select the Privacy Policy content just below it

2) You have deleted the Header and Content content areas for the footer Page template.

for the Footer Page template, create a new content area named "Header" and another Named "Content"

in the content menu list, along the left side, select the Privacy Policy content page

Edit the "Content" Content area to the Privacy policy text you would like to show.
