Can you please explain what you are trying to accomplish.

If the page you are adding the facebook comment have a unique id applied to it then you can just use the Current Page option. otherwise you can use the Folder Icon to bind a URL parameter to the url.

hi,

the thing is, that the field of the FB-ID and the Page-ID is missing.
The fields in the wizzard are gone.

Now I red, that these things arent needed anymore.

So, for me it is working, cause I used the current page thing to make them unique.

But this option isnt to choose in the wizzard, that was my problem.

The field where to put my facebook developer ID is missing, too.

But it seems these problems are cleared.

More problems I got with the LIKE and SHARE buttons.
They show now or the wrong image.

if you scroll down and use the facebook buttons LIKE and SHARE, you will see that they show none or the wrong image (it shows the google+ icon) in your facebook profile.

And if you post a comment, how will i be informed?

Cheers,
Denis

how do you make Facebook Comments dynamic

I'm having the same problem -- I can't find how to make the url dynamic in the Facebook Comments. There is no lightning bolt showing in the URL field. It isn't showing in the help documentation either:

wafacebook_comments.html

How does one achieve that?

to make the page dynamic, enter the following for the URL:

php:
http://yourdomain.com<?php echo htmlspecialchars($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]); ?>

Thank you, Jason, however, it doesn't seem to work for me. It posts the same comment on multiple pages.

Here are links to three different pages that show the same comment. I only posted the comment on one page:

free_fb_comments.php?i=29399&key=iuoUeltalm2lfiX3

free_fb_comments.php?i=27914&key=bAol1lTxa0jtsxbc

free_fb_comments.php?i=788025040&key=qeg5xt5iBCootbpp

I've attached a screen shot so you can see the code on the page.

Thank you for your help.

i see, the url needs to include the querystring variables, use this code for the address:

php:
http://yourdomain.com<?php echo htmlspecialchars($_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]); ?><?php echo (isset($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]) && $_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] != "")?"?".htmlspecialchars($_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"]):""?>
