PG 1 lightbox issue after upgrade

Thread began 10/03/2011 6:35 pm by beemerrider280362 | Last modified 10/04/2011 10:21 am by Jason Byrnes | 535 views | 1 replies |

PG 1 lightbox issue after upgrade

I have a Power Gallery 1.1 installed on a PS3 site. The gallery has worked fine since installing it last year. My client called and said it was displaying incorrectly, apparently some wrapping issues of the thumbnails. I found that they were using IE9 as it worked in all other browsers just fine. I found two patches in the support area for PG 1.1 that were supposed to fix this issue. I installed them and now they still have the same problem plus in any other browser only the thumbnails in the strip show, along with the tool tip display of any descriptive text. The modal no longer works and you can not see the large images, only the thumbnails in the strip.

I tried installing the PG 1.2 upgrade, but that caused even more problems, so I reverted back to the 1.1 install with the patches in place. I looked at the activity window in Safari and all of the thumbnails and large images are downloading, it does not show any broken links or other missing files.

Any ideas to start troubleshooting this would be appreciated.
