Installation caused errors

Bought CF2. Got message to uninstall Univeral Email. Did that. CF2 installed OK. On starting CS5 (which has worked flawlessly until CF2 apart from Webassit extensions that is) got error message that a translator was not loaded: c: program files\adobe\adobe dreamweaver CS5\Configuration\Shared\Webassist\DocumentEncoding.js (error 3).
Activated CF2 and hen got: While executing WA_iRite.htm at line 991 of file ...\Webassist\RichTextEditor\iRiteShared.js; WAUniversalEmail not defined.
Quite. CF2 told me to uinstall it.

Latest: have uninstalled ALL webassist extensions. Successful using extension manager. CS5 now reports unable to load various configuration\floaters.

Same problem here. Takes ages to upload them all and now the solution is to remove them (ages as well) and them upload them again?
Fairly unimpressed.

Same issue here ...

Hi,

I just loaded all extension took a long time and activating one by one. Now I have this issue:
"The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
Unable to open script file “C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS5\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\RichTextEditor\iRiteShared.js” (error 3)."

I think it should be more efficient way to do this installation and activation if you bought the entire suite.

Now what to do?

So far I am wasting my valuable time instead of using these tools, which post to work for the get-go.

Let me know what to do.

Thanks,

Victor

Based on this error it appears you will have to reinstall html editor. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the process of consolidating our extensions into single installers to prevent these types of errors.
