Remove all charges except tax when subtotal in cart is above $100

I offer free shipping charges to my customers that order over $100. I don't use the shipping calculator in eCart because it doesn't suit the purposes of what I ship, so I have setup individual rules for almost every scenario to cover the shipping charges. What I want to do is remove all of those charges when the SubTotal of the cart is $100 or more. All except Sales tax in california.

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you!

do you want to show this a s a discount? or just flat out remove them?

If just flat out remove them, then add a trigger to each of the rules that should be removed for Cart subtotal less than 100.

Remove all charges

I WOULD like to show it as a discount, but if it is a huge problem, I could just remove the charges and leave it at that.

Ok, then create discounts that mirror the other charges, Use the same triggers and calculations in the discount, just add a Cart Subtotal > 100 trigger to each one.

Basic blanket charge if no charges are found

Is there a way that I can make a blanket charge if no other rule is found? I have a maximum charge of $17.50 shipping on all orders, unless a specific rule is found. Can you please let me know if this is possible.

Thank you!

your 17.50 blanket rule would need to use opposite triggers than the other shipping rules.

Opposite triggers?

Not quite sure what that means. Can you give me an example?

if the trigger for your other shipping rules is set to:
Based on Cart subtotal:
Subtotal >= 20

then you would set the trigger for the base rate to use the opposite:
Subtotal < 20
