Unable to add/delete images...

Trying to replace placeholder with new image. I've tried manually inserting the image path and uploading the image using the CMS upload feature. I've also deleted the placeholder image and then updated. I cannot make the placehoilder go away.

I've attached screenshots of using an image uploaded to the server with the applet. The image is there until the page is updated. The page history shows no changes for the image.

Here is the code from both the CMS version and the view from Dreamweaver. I can change/add/modify images on other pages.
