When I Start CSS Menu writer I can see the whole frame/window except for the buutons at the bottom which are behind the lower task bar and partially off the screen. I cannot move the browser window up to get at the buttons and I cannot resize the window. Very frustrating!

What is your screen resolution set to?

I believe the extension window is optimized for a resolution of 1024 x 768. Also make sure you have the DPI setting set to Normal in the display manager settings.
