Login Redirect

I'm having difficulties with Security Assists and user login.

What I'm trying to accomplish is a redirect depending if they have ever logged in before. If its the first time, then the user is prompted to change password, etc.., if not then user goes directly into the site. The db is set up with "loggedIn" column to track the user.

The problem is that the login is not differentiating if its a first time user or not. Even if it did redirect the user to update the information, the member_profile form is not updating the DB.

I've attached the code for the login, the redirect and the update. Can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

Frank

on the members_profile.php page, try changing the code at lines 2 - 5:

php:
if (!isset($_SESSION)) {

  session_start();

}

to:

php:
@session_start();
